The Carnegie Community Action Project [CCAP] is a project of the Board of the Carnegie Community Centre Association. CCAP is DTES Neighbourhood House partner and lead advocate for housing, income and land use issue in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, working towards the goal that the neighbourhood remains a low-income friendly community.
